Cloud Help Desk - Contacts

The system contains a comprehensive ability to record details of all the various contacts that a service desk may need to hold, these can be associated with Customers, Vendors, and Third Party break-fix engineering support companies.

For each set of Contacts, then the system not only holds their email and telephone numbers, but it is possible to send each an SMS message as and when required, this can even be a general 'Broadcast' which provides for emergency operational events to be notified when needed.

You choose whether or not a contact is allowed system access via a Log-in and password, if so provided, then their view of the data records present is limited to what they are connected with and allowed to see.
