Micro Surveys are designed to execute directly from the cloud without the need for the user to pre-install any App in advance, and so are perfect for use with members of the General Public where instant results are required.

Using our SMS Auto-Responder Micro Surveys can be invoked via an end user self generated SMS text message or launched via a QR code.

Designed using the WAP facility Micro Surveys work with all Smart Phone types, including Blackberry, for operation a 3G or Wi-Fi signal is required, the software is designed to work using small data packets so the performance will be the very best possible (depending upon signal strength).

Because the App is generally invoked via an SMS text message sent to and retained in the End users phone, then it is very easy for the end user to re-try the survey link when they come into a good signal strength area, for example - when they leave the store.

Micro Surveys are designed to be quick and simple to use without the need for any typing input, so a simple point and tap will suffice, however, they can also collect small amounts of data input including the end users Email address and mobile phone number.

As long as the user inputs their mobile number then the system will send them a confirmation response as a SMS text message, this maybe just a message - or a 'come back again' discount voucher.

SMS responses can include a voucher to be used as part of a loyalty scheme, the system will also send an Email if they input their correct Email address.

Clients with POS till systems can print consumer innvocation details on the till print out which can then be used to capture instant on-the-spot consumer views about service or quality, phone numbers can be retained for future use in a SMS 'Broadcast'.

The survey manager is sent the survey results instantly to their own Email account, and it is possible to download a CSV file containing all the survey results.

Since we have collected all the mobile numbers input by the end users, then our platform (called L.ookat.me) has the ability to send out mass SMS mobile text messages as a 'Broadcast' , which can include a new survey - or indeed a new voucher to be used in a loyalty scheme.

The main benefit of our Micro Surveys is that they are self invoked by the end user - and consequently there is no need for the client to know anything about the respondent prior to use of the survey, all that is required is for the end user to know how to send off a text message or how to scan a QR code.

Micro Surveys can be set up quite easily via a self maintained control panel, and we are able to send SMS text messages from our UK based SMS gateway servers to end users in any European Country, it is also possible to set up a dedicated SMS gateway which can use your own local non UK GSM number.

We will be happy to provide a Free of Cost service to cover any early phase of your adoption and trial of the system with your particular client base.

Because the application is totally cloud based, access can be provided to all the players in the process, whether they be third party vendors, organisation members, and they can use any type of mobile device they choose to gain access.

Deployments can be made within just a few hours, and new surveys can be launched as demands require - you only pay for use of the system at a nominal value per survey per month*, access to the system for your own staff is unlimited.

With this low entry cost, you can survey any number of internal end users, or remote customers and clients, they can use any type of mobile device, and because of the low bandwidth requirements, access works out on the road, or in a Store with any reasonable 3G signal.
